Accessibility Statement

Last updated: 2026-06-01

1. Our commitment

Consultad is committed to making the Consultad Platform usable by as many people as possible, including people with disabilities. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at the Level AA standard published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C), and we work continuously to improve the accessibility of the Platform.

2. Status

At the time of this statement, Consultad has not yet completed a formal third-party accessibility audit. We design and review the Platform against WCAG 2.1 AA in good faith, but parts of the Platform may not yet fully conform to that standard.

Known limitations that we are aware of include:

  • Some interactive components built with third-party UI primitives may not yet expose the full set of accessible names, roles, or keyboard interactions expected at AA.
  • Some auto-generated visualizations (charts, dashboards) do not yet provide a fully equivalent non-visual representation (for example, a data table alternative for screen-reader users).
  • Some marketing pages have color combinations that are at or near the AA contrast threshold (4.5:1 for normal text; 3:1 for large text) and are scheduled for review.

We expect to expand and revise this list as we audit individual surfaces.

3. Scope

This statement applies to:

  • the public marketing website at https://consultad.io;
  • the Consultad web application (dashboard, AI chat, reporting, creative generation, billing, settings);
  • transactional email sent by the Consultad Platform.

It does not apply to content hosted by third parties, including the user-interface elements of Connected Accounts, the Stripe customer portal, or other third-party services that you choose to use.

4. How we work on accessibility

  • We design new features against WCAG 2.1 AA from the start, including for keyboard navigation, focus indicators, color contrast, and screen-reader compatibility.
  • We test the Platform with at least one screen reader in addition to keyboard-only navigation during development.
  • We treat reported accessibility issues as functional defects, not as cosmetic ones, and we triage them with appropriate priority.
  • We use semantic HTML and ARIA attributes where necessary to support assistive technologies.

5. Feedback and contact

If you encounter an accessibility barrier on the Platform, or if you would like alternative ways of accessing content or completing a task, write to karol@consultad.io with "Accessibility" in the subject line.

Please include:

  • the page or feature where you encountered the issue;
  • a description of the barrier;
  • the assistive technology you are using (if applicable), including software name and version.

We will acknowledge your message and work with you to find a solution.

6. Enforcement (EU)

If we do not respond satisfactorily to your accessibility feedback, you may submit a complaint to the relevant national accessibility-enforcement body in your EU member state. In Poland, this is the Minister responsible for digital affairs / Ministerstwo Cyfryzacji.

7. Technical information

The Consultad Platform is built using the following technologies that we rely upon for conformance:

  • HTML5
  • CSS3
  • JavaScript / TypeScript (React / Next.js)
  • WAI-ARIA 1.1

8. Changes to this statement

We will update this statement as we audit additional surfaces, address known limitations, or change the Platform in a way that materially affects accessibility.
