Simple, transparent pricing

Two plans, both with a monthly subscription plus a percentage of the ad budget you manage. Standard: 149 zł / month subscription + brackets (3% on the first 15,000 zł, 5% on 15,001-50,000 zł, 3.5% on 50,001-150,000 zł). When the percentage exceeds 149 zł, you pay the difference on a separate invoice line. Enterprise: 999 zł / month subscription + your negotiated rate (typically 1.5-2.5%), instead of or alongside the bracket model. Enterprise is for budgets above 150,000 zł / month.

Because they're two different things. The first line is the subscription - a fixed fee of 149 zł (Standard) or 999 zł (Enterprise) for access to the platform, charged on the 1st of each month. The second line is the usage overage - when the percentage of your ad spend exceeds the subscription floor, you pay the difference on a separate invoice line. Together they add up to exactly the amount you saw in the calculator on the pricing card.

You pay only the subscription floor: 149 zł on Standard or 999 zł on Enterprise. The usage overage is 0 zł because you didn't spend anything - but the subscription floor is still charged to your card (it's a fee for platform access, independent of campaign activity). If you're planning a long break, you can cancel the subscription - nothing will be charged, but you lose access to the platform.

The total amount in PLN that flows through ad accounts connected to Consultad in a given month - Meta, Google, and TikTok Ads combined. We pull the number directly from platform APIs.

All plans share the same features - AI chat, reports, analytics, creative generation, integrations, unlimited users and clients. They differ in billing: Standard has a 149 zł floor + a percentage of ad spend in brackets; Enterprise has a 999 zł floor + a negotiated rate (percentage or flat). Both use the same card on file and automatic charging - no net-30 invoices for either.

No. The trial lasts 14 days for the entire organization, starting from when the first person creates the account. Anyone invited to the organization shares the same countdown. Someone joining on day 10 has 4 days left.

Add a payment method and move to Standard - billing starts based on your actual ad spend. If you don't upgrade, your workspace is locked until you subscribe. We never charge without your explicit action.

Standard: cancel anytime from /settings/billing. The subscription is prorated to your last day of use. Enterprise: cancellation terms are written into your individual contract - typically monthly cancel with an optional notice period, negotiated upfront.

Each month is billed independently based on actual spend. Your fee goes up or down automatically - nothing to adjust manually.

No hard limit. Your platform capacity scales automatically with your advertising spend, under a fair-use policy that keeps the platform fast and stable for everyone. You'll see a simple usage indicator in Settings → Usage - and nothing gets blocked.
